Hi all! I am seeking a female roommate to share my beautiful 2bed/1bath condo located in a great part of Glendale (College Hills area). Ideally I am looking for a graduate student or working professional.

It’s very close to the freeways (134 and 2), the Americana, grocery stores (whole foods, trader joes, etc.), and restaurants. (Also, it’s only about 15m from Pasadena and Los Feliz!) Bathroom and kitchen were remodeled in 2015, and the unit has real hard wood floors, formal dining room, crown molding, and a porch with mountain views!
