Grounds are beautifully landscaped and set up for outdoor seating/dining. BBQ and fire pit with direct view of the sea. Cannot be beat.

I live in a 2bedroom apartment within a sweet complex - only 12 units (featured in the surf film Maverick)! Direct ocean view from my place. Neighbors are friendly and fun while being considerate and respectful. There is no overcrowding on the grounds - plenty of space for all to chill, entertain, study, or to do whatever pleases you. Gazing out at the water, hearing the breakers, and people-watching from your lounge chair is amazing. Great way to wrap up a busy day!
