Two comfortable, private rooms in a house with potentially shared common spaces, ¾ bathroom (sink, toilet, shower, no bathtub), kitchenette (compact fridge/freezer, oversized toaster oven, microwave, 2 burners), and personal entryway in Lee, NH. 10 minutes from Epping shopping/dining, 15 minutes from downtown Durham/the UNH campus, and 30 minutes from downtown Portsmouth.

The rooms are available either individually or as a complete unit, so please be advised that if you seek just one room you may share the common areas with another renter. If you are looking to rent the entire unit, the total cost will be $1100/mo. We can also offer simple furnishings (bed frames, mattresses, lamps, dressers) for no additional cost if you are in need.

The rooms are located on the lower level of the home which is accessed by two different doors through the backyard. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is ample parking space and quietude at this rental. The large backyard is surrounded on three sides by medium-thick forest which provides ample privacy and access to nature. As a renter, you are also welcome to the fire pit and above-ground swimming pool!

Room #1: $500/mo

165 SQF, 11ft x 15ft, interior windows that look out on the common room and let in light from the outer windows. Simple, carpeted, and private, with easy access to the spacious common room, kitchenette, and potentially shared ¾ bathroom.

Room #2: $700/mo

344 SQF, 13.5ft x 25.5ft, two doors, and exterior windows that fill the tiled room with light. Easy access to the common room, kitchenette, and potentially shared ¾ bathroom.

Special Accommodations: We may be open to cats or well-behaved, quiet dogs. This is something we can discuss further if you are interested in the rental.

Hi, I’m Eric! I’m an EMS educator and paramedic out of Exeter Hospital who has lived in the Durham/Lee area for 24 years now. My work and teaching schedules tend to keep me pretty busy throughout the week and range from 12 or 24-hour ambulance shifts to teaching EMS courses across New England. While you would have your own private floor of the home and private entrances (or you and your co-renter) anyway, you would have a great deal of quietude at this home as I’m so often on the go.

Additionally, my 26-year-old daughter, Zephyr, is coming to stay with me for part of the summer and help me get this rental into tip-top shape! She will be living in the upstairs living areas with me and her beautiful black labrador mix, Stash. Stash will never be allowed downstairs, but can be spotted heading out for walks, learning to catch a frisbee in the yard, and will always be happy to offer a furry hello if you’re a dog person!
