Gated community, lots of parking available around the apartment, 2 pools inside the complex, in unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a fitness center, there’s a park right next to the building and a park across the street from the complex as well. (Space will be cleared out upon move in)

I work night shifts often and have a tendency to be awake for most of the night, I co-care for 2 kittens so they are occasionally in the apartment for a few days at a time. I am ok with smoking as I do smoke myself.
