There is a 32 year old female (part owner) in the master and a 31 year old male in 2nd bedroom that shares a bath with the room that is available. We’re looking for a responsible roommate who is clean, kind, and respectful. Female roomie loves to cook and throw an occasional brunch/dinner party. The home is a serene place to live. They have a cleaning lady who comes weekly so the home is always clean.
