1 bedroom to rent ( ALL FURNITURE IN THE PICTURE WILL BE REMOVED) , as a roomate you will have access to whole house minus my bedroom naturaly . Bedroom is 19’6“ x 10’1“ . Bedroom has 4 electrical outlets, 1 cable outlet, 3 windows facing front yard and Your parking spot, 2 large closets. Internet and cable included as I will handling all Bill’s associated with property, with that I have veto power over anything affecting my lifestyle or household rules (basic decency and respect, household layout and usage.) Rent Payments must be made electronically or by money order. NO CASH/CHECKS.  1 1/2 bathroom.  Cleaning bathrooms is the only expected chore unless you choose to negotiate or bring furniture (negotiateable )that is outside of the rented room .I regularly clean the entire house every week . I have an easy going,  friendly dog that doesn’t bark unless inspired to do so. Any other dogs must be compatible.

I am a single 43 yr old A.A. man who works from home. I work for a call center 12pm -9pm . So a relatively quiet/peaceful  household is a requirement. Basically no yelling , no loud music/tv/games/noises mon-fri & overtime days/hrs. I enjoy a good drink from time to time so I keep fancy decanters out in the open. DO NOT DRINK MY ALCHOHOL WITHOUT ASKING. Occasionally I will smoke cannabis.  I’m a dog lover so I have a very well trained dog. Off leash walkable he is so well trained. I get along easily with most people , a side affect of customer service maybe but I was like that b4. I have a small group of friends that get together 1 or 2 times a mth. Same with family. I love all kinds of active and solitary activities.  From playing billards and darts , video games,  rollerscating/blading,  playing with dog to reading books arround the fire or long walks with the dog. I love almost all music but not too much of a TV watcher. I will doing my own background check on you please expect that. Also I will need confirmation of covid shots as i have family members who are high risk.
