Flat Rate. No hidden Fees or bills. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. There are two rooms to rent which will share the bathroom, both rooms are available for rent. All utilities and internet is included in the rent price except cable which I do not have. The entire house is open to roomies except my bedroom of course and the garage. Back yard is fenced in with a patio and patio furniture for hosting guests if needed. Brand new bedroom set furniture, daybed that can extend to a queen sized bed. Computer desk and chair located in room as well along with a tv. The community has beautiful scenery if you like to go out for a walk.

About me. I’m a 34 year old guy with 1 house cat. She is very nice and friendly. I keep her well groomed at all times always looking sharp. I work in High springs and supervise a facility. I have hobbies such as dancing salsa and bachata in Gainesville with a great group of friends that I hang out with at least 3 nights a week. I am a clean and organized person and prefer roommates that are similar. I am flexible with leases and am willing to consider month to month contracts if needed.
