Neighborhood is Germantown and it is very close to the Drexel med school campus. Brewery down the street as well as a market that’s in walking distance. Planet fitness in walking distance.

It would be just me living in the home as well. I am a Drexel grad working full time at a firm. I still coach at Drexel and enjoy hanging with friends, watching shows, games, and home improvement projects.
