The house is divided So that the bedrooms are on the ends of the trailer. The middle will be your living room, dining room, kitchen area. So this makes it very private.

Regarding the home., Two bedrooms, 2 Bath, kitchen, large living room, Dining area, Large shed to share half. Washer and dryer, microwave, gas stove. The property is newer and must stay looking new So it’s very important that you pick up after yourself. And help with cleaning and vacuuming and dusting. If using the common areas. The home is in good shape. The price includes grass cutting and Snow plow, One private spot to park.

I am a very private person, entrepreneur. Looking to rent a room, the room is located on the far end. And they second bedroom is located at the furthest end of the home. The bedroom includes a private bathroom. And includes grass cuts, Snow removal , garbage pick, Sewer, Taxes, school tax. are included. I am a very clean person. I like everything neat and tidy. I do not like a dirty kitchen or home . After cooking, you must wash your dishes and put them away. And simply just clean up after yourself So that the kitchen is clean. I do not allow Anyone to wear shoes in the home So you must wear booties or a comfortable pair of home shoes. The carpet is brand new throughout the home. I mostly read and watch movies Chat with friends, working. So I hope I find the right person, And again, I am a very private person That likes quiet enjoyment and a peaceful, non drama setting. As I will protect you’re privacy as well.

I am looking for a roommate that is not going to Have parties or people over all the time. I prefer that no one stays over and leaves at a reasonable time. Looking for Someone that is trying to save money but has good credit. Possibly on social security, and or both disability or Needing just a very safe place. But once again, I am drama free and I do not tolerate drugs or alcoholics, soŕry… So if you drink alcohol and take hard drugs and party all the time and have people come over and want your lady Or your man, friends to come over and camp out, this is definitely not the place for you. Sorry but i’m looking for a responsible adult that’s trying too make their situation better. Just as I am.
