William's room

1 Private Bedroom in Front facing room. Shared bathroom with 1 other roommate. 3 bedroom house. Everyone has their own room.

There is a ton of wildlife on our property; deer, birds, neighborhood tom cats and waterfowl as well as beaver and trout. So, those are our feral pets. None in the house please. :D

The room is currently unfurnished, however, I have a twin bed mattress and box spring as well as a dresser if you need a startup kit!

Also, expedited move-in available if you need to move in sooner than July 1. Just message with a requested early move-in.

Everyone will need to include a 2-3 paragraph introduction about yourself with a favorite photo or two of yourself, Danny and I, if we feel like we want to move forward, will respond in kind. This is all of our decision after all. <3

All applicants will be required to go through our Property Manager’s approval as well, and will require a $55 processing fee for the background check and all.

All the stuff we hate to have to say, but here it is:

No long stay significant others or children. No cats. No dogs. Houseplants welcome! No Drinkers. No heavy smokers (away from house only if you enjoy the occasional drag). Medications prescribed by a health or healing professional ok with us. The owners have a hard and fast no partying rule. If you are “in recovery”, please have an established support group and some sort of program (can be anything) of self-betterment in place. No “on and off the wagon” stuff allowed.

Danny and I have known each other almost a year. I have lived here since October. Danny is moving in soon as well and will occupy the master room with an en suite bath. Yourself and I will share a full bath with full size tub and shower as well as divided toilet and basin. I am a book worm, Christian (open and welcoming to all beliefs), songwriter and work in helping those with Developmental Disabilities. Danny is quiet and is retired from the entertainment business. He works part time at a local retail store. As he is a bit older, he does have health issues and requires quiet in the mornings. We enjoy dinner parties, backyard get togethers, family style breakfast on Saturdays, farmer’s market, reading, cooking awesome food, music and just keeping our home like a private sanctuary. We are both a little past middle age, I am in my late 40s and Danny is a generation ahead of me. We plan on renewing the lease another 12 months in October 2023, so we are looking at least for a commitment through then. Longer would be more welcome. We don’t care if you are young and an old soul or older and young at heart, just be you, kind and willing to share our home.
