The apartment is only about a couple minutes from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls campus. About one minute from a Kwik Trip, liquor store, grocery store, and a gym. Also, only a couple minute drive from downtown River Falls which includes a movie theatre as well as various bars and stores. The apartment is very affordable while still being good quality and includes AC, a newly remodeled kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and pet friendly (with a one time pet fee).

You would be sharing the space with 2 girls, Emmy and Tori. We are both students at the University of Wisconsin - River falls. Emmy is 23 and will be graduating in May 2024 as a biology major. Tori is 20, turning 21 in September, and is a sports and physical sciences major. Emmy has a part-time job at a feed store in Stillwater, MN and enjoys reading, being outside, and hanging out with friends in her free time. Tori works nearby as a children’s swim instructor and enjoys horseback riding, golfing, and working out during her free time. We are both from Minnesota. We are very excited to make a new friend and have a good time in the next year!
