You would have your own bedroom and a shared bathroom with one other person. There is a large back deck area as well as a very small fenced in area. There is a pool within the HOA that is included in your rent
HOA fees are included in the rent
Must have a decent credit score, good job history, and very respectful! I work a two jobs and I’m in school so I’m a very busy person.
I do have a very friendly large dog and a cat so you must be comfortable with pets! Unfortunately no other pets can be brought in at the moment unless they are small and in a cage
The rent would be 850 a month (not including utilities)
