Quiet, residential neighborhood, front porch, and I do have a dog she is not your responsibility but I would expect if you were home and she needs to go out to let her go out you also need to have a job.and your own vehicle I have no internet/cable but you are welcome to purchase on your own
I’m pretty easy-going person. I do like a clean house I work 40 hours a week second shift so my time after work is quiet, I do love company, but not every day of the week. I prefer not to have animals because my dog doesn’t necessarily like other animals. Definitely no cats. My daughter tends to come in and out she has her own room. And again I do expect you to have a job. We can talk about other things as we go along if you are interested.
