Hello!

I am looking to share my four bedroom south Minneapolis home with a clean and considerate person.

You would be sharing the space with me (a 33 y/o male), my small dog, and my cat.

The home includes: -fun outdoor space including a garden, grill, and outdoor furniture/lights. -new appliances throughout including a washer and dryer -6 burner gas stove -plenty of modern furniture -all on a very quiet street

There are two rooms that you can choose from. One is on the main floor. It currently set up as a guest bedroom/ office. This room has a small closet and could easily fit a king bed, dresser and desk. It is right next to the main floor bathroom and is situated at the back of the house. The other room is in the basement, but has a huge closet and would be the most secluded. This room also is fairly large. I would charge less for the basement room.

My room and bathroom would be on the second floor of the house. The main floor bathroom would be partially shared.

Since I already have two pets I would prefer no other pets.

The location is fairly walkable. There is a Walgreens, bar, two restaurants, and Southside Vintage within a 10 minute walk, and a ton of things within a 25 minute walk including 48th & Chicago and Cedar & Minnehaha.

Ideally I am looking for an 8-12 month commitment, but I can be a little flexible. First month and one month deposit required. Move in date can also be flexible. I prefer mid July, but could make immediate need work.
