I have a one bedroom, shared bathroom (with one roommate only who is nice and clean) at a gated-community available next month-July. Parking is available and there’s a jacuzzi and pool in the community that’s open 24/7.
Located at Adams St, 1mi away from CBU, 6mi away from UCR and 3mi away from RCC.
Rent is $900 with internet included. The utilities are split among owners and renter/s which is usually about $50. Washer and dryer are available. Full-size bed and bed frame are included, and common areas are fully-furnished. The table, chair, printer and paper shredder aren’t included but the bench is. Spaces in the kitchen, freezer and fridge will be provided.
