About the room
Hello all, We are searching for a new roommate for our townhome. Upstairs, private bedroom with private bathroom available for rent in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse in Southeast Portland. All together, rent and utilities run about $1,000 a month.
The shared spaces like the kitchen and laundry are upstairs, garage is downstairs. There is plenty of parking on the street. 15 Minute walk to the Max, five minute walk to #20. The townhouse is conveniently located 2 miles from major shopping centers including Fred Meyer and Target.
Unfortunately we are not allowing smoking in the house. The lease is month to month, but we are hoping to find someone interested in staying long term; at least a year. Available for move in now. Contact me to see the room and apply.
About the roomies
Current housemates include a male and a female in their 20’s and 30’s. We are both quiet, pretty clean, and we generally keep to ourselves.
