Private furnished bedroom with private bathroom in modern 2/2 loft condo with high ceilings, to share with gay (and vegan) resident roommate:

• The condo has beautiful and relaxing views from the large balcony overlooking the canal/Intercoastal waterway, pool, hot tub, palm trees, and the Aventura skyline.
• Small colorful shared dining area with open modern kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, washer/dryer).
• The Bedroom (120 Sq Ft) has ample closet space and drawers, a ceiling fan, Roku smart tv with some streaming channels activated. Your large private bathroom is approx 65 Sq ft.
• Building amenities: heated pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room, tennis court, reception (that accepts packages) and mail room.
• Included with rent: Electricity, WiFi, water, and cable tv.
• PARKING SPACE IS NOT INCLUDED: An extra $100 per month (+ a one-time charge of $75 for the gate opener), is paid directly to the building’s HOA. Street parking is not available in the mornings during school hours.
• Walking score is 79: Publix is a block away at Aventura Town Center which has restaurants and shops. Aventura Mall is a mile away. Bus service is frequent on Biscayne blvd (about 3 blocks away). The nearby Brightline Aventura train station is now open, offering quick service to downtown Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and soon to Orlando. The Aventura Cultural Arts Center & Theater is within walking distance, at the end of the street, with beautiful bay views.
• Male gay roommate, or Gay-friendly, preferred.
• I avoid bringing guests/friends/family when I have a roommate, to respect privacy, but could be properly communicated.
• Prefer a roommate that is reliable, quiet, honest, and communicates well.
• The condo association charges a fee ($50) for a tenant application with a background check. It must be approved before moving in.
