I am looking for a 3rd roommate to move into my 3 bed 2 bath house I’m renting starting July 1st! Rent is $734 (includes sewer and trash) plus wifi, power & water which will be split 3 ways. A little about us, I was a softball player at Boise State and just graduated with a masters & then my other roommate is transferring from Arizona state and just got accepted into law school here at boise! I’m looking for someone quiet, respectful and will clean up after themself! I do have an ESA dog that doesn’t get along with other pets so no other animals! We have a nice backyard & a big driveway!
