IKEA mattress and bedframe will be provided to a bedroom that shares a bathroom with a six-month minimum! Stay 1 year and the furniture is yours to keep whenever you choose to leave!
Smart door locks are installed on all bedrooms, front and back door of the home. Each tenant will have the option to open and close the door with keypad code, smartphone app, and/or fingerprint.
Monthly rent includes bills such as normal usage electricity, water and gas as well as high speed internet, access to 24/7 outdoor security camera, and cleaning service for the house.
