I have a finished basement. It’s set up like a studio has its own kitchen and a walk-in closet has a full bathroom. The only thing it doesn’t have his washer and dryer that’s on the main floor
About the roomies
I live currently with my younger brother and my daughter. She sleeps with me Monday - Thursday. She’s going on nine months old. I’d rather have a female renter because I do have a young child, it feels more comfortable that way. If $1500 is too high we might be able to work it out.
