Rent is $1,127 per month and utilities range around $60 - $70 a month. There is garage parking available for $50 or $75 a month depending on the parking space (underground or parking garage. The apartment has in unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, and building amenities include a year round pool, and hot tub, exercise rooms, BBQs and a business center.
The apartment is pet friendly and the current roomie is open to adding another dog or a cat.
