Hi! I have a gorgeous, sunny, 3 bedroom unit in the historic district of Downtown Wilmington, with two open bedrooms. Looking for 1-2 roommates to fill the other bedroom(s). I’m happy to split it two ways and keep the extra room as a guest/spare/office space, or split three ways with three of us - just looking for the right fit. Utilities not included.
