I have 2 rooms with semi-private entrance separate locations (front door quick first left with keyed door separated key. Room has its own bathroom, with a walk-in closet. You can bring your own bed frame if needed but nightstands and chest are new.No shared kitchen (Kitchen under renovation till End of August) so any studio kitchen-setup is fine, Peaceful neighborhood with very easy commute. room has bed frame, I can supply a mattress (clean&new) or you can bring your own

3 people reside but with semi-private entrance hardly ever cross paths with tenants, 1-Aunt she’s retired and stays to herself 2- myself 23 hardly ever home 3-cousin 24 who is a tattoo artist hardly ever home his self. Everyone is respectful and respects each others privacy space me and my cousin also will be moving within 2mo so will be only 1 person that lives here, Our rooms are on complete opposite side of the home from tenants room. With me and my cousin being on the road constantly the house remains quiet and peaceful

We expect the roomie to be Respectful, Responsible, Clean, and looking for a sufficient roof. Feel free to ask any questions. I do a renew on roomie lease up to 2x on a 2-5mo lease (max 1yr 3mo). First month + Security
