Hello! I am renting out the other bedroom in this sweet 2-bed, 1-bath cottage. The house has a lot of character and is perfect for someone creative, dog-lovers, students (near the NCSU campus), and young professionals! The property has a spacious yard and is in a great neighborhood a few minutes from Cameron Village, grocery stores, shops, and trails. The room is right across the hall from the bathroom and there is a large living room and flex room. There is NO pet deposit if you have a furry friend!

My name is Madison (24) and the other roomie is Lucy, the dog (English lab, 1 1/2). I recently moved here from Atlanta and work in the RTP area, and in my free time, love to head to the beach, run, practice hot yoga, and read. Lucy is the friendliest pup who has never met a stranger - she loves every new four-legged friend but ADORES new human friends. Her hobbies include playing tug-of-war, the occasional game of fetch, long walks, naps, and eating many treats. We would love to meet you!
