This is a very clean, peaceful house with lots of outdoor space, a fenced yard, and areas for you to garden, if that’s what you enjoy, or just relax in the tranquil serene garden. It’s sunny, yet lots of tree shade as well. Plenty of activities, Parks, and Community events in Historic Dunedin.

There’s no drama or chaos, and even though I have two dogs, they are loving, well-trained, and protective enough to bark only when someone comes near their property. I’m semi-retired, and work from home answering the phone on the computer part-time, so I need a quiet home during the day.
