We have a room available in our 2 story apartment/townhouse. Our building is downtown walking distance from ballpark, downtown, RINO, and almost everything downtown in Denver. The amenities include pool with views, hot tub, gym, work space area, rooftop, and firepit lounge area. Our unit also has direct outdoor access because it includes the first two floors of the building. Washer dryer in unit and your own bathroom including bath/shower, walk in closet, and balcony. It is myself and my girlfriend living in here as well as our mini golden doodle dog, Jameson. He is very very sweet and does not bark, shed, never has had an accident inside, and is very friendly to dogs/people. We both have normal work schedules and are busy at work most of the time. When we are not, we love walking to new restaurants, bars, and doing fun things outside. We are quiet most evenings and open to making new friends! I have lived in Denver for 2 years and love Denver. I am from St. Louis. My girlfriend, Michaela, has lived in Denver for 4 years now and is from South Africa.
