SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Newly-built house in a great, safe, neighborhood (equidistant to Couer d’Alene and downtown Spokane). You will have access to the shared living spaces and amenities (including stainless steel appliances and espresso machine), your own bathroom, and a furnished bedroom. Please ensure you can restore the room to its original state upon your departure. I’m requesting that potential tenants clean up after themselves, be respectful of my property (you break, you buy), pass a background check, and demonstrate you will be a kind and trustworthy tenant. Utilities and and internet are included. Rent is firm. Please provide proof of good credit standing, and give a month’s notice prior to your departure. Pictures of house are prior to move-in and when the house was staged. I have decorated to my own preferences. The photos two bedrooms (trundle and queen bed) are current and updated.

I’m a small town gal with a Mini Australian Shepherd. He’s a little wary of new people and strangers, but a sweet boy once he establishes your habits/routine and that you can be trusted. I work in tech, and currently am studying to switch divisions. I bought this house thinking that I would be sharing it with my fiancé, but we have gone our separate ways. I currently live with my significant other, and we are renting out at least one of the spare rooms. I’ve lived in Bellingham, Italy, and Miami, and love connecting with others and experiencing life.
