Cute and cozy 1 bedroom apt, we would share a bedroom. Unfurnished, I got a lot of my furniture and for common areas, you will need a twin bed, a desk and a chair if you want to and other dressers/shelves if you like. On top of the rent we are paying PG&E and internet connection AT&T, split it equally between two of us. One year lease and sweet location, very walkable neighborhood. Commute to SFSU on a bus 8-12 min depending on traffic, bus stop is 2 min away down a street.

Soon to graduate SFSU student, girl 22yo, looking for other female student to join me. I love cleaning and allergic to most of pets:( I listen to kpop and love cartoons and comedies. Like to cook and roller skate. Don’t smoke but respect it and I’m a social drinker
