Hi! I’m currently looking for a new roommate as my old roommate is moving out. The room comes with its own private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a garage spot! Internet, electricity, and gas are all included in the rent. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit and you’re welcome to anything in the fridge as long as there’s a shared communal responsibility with the groceries :) The apartment is located right next to the 14 and the 5 freeway. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood and a really calm place to live!
