Furnished room available in 4 bedroom duplex apartment.

Apartment has stairs, may not be a good fit for those who are injured, elderly or unable to climb steps.

Room is furnished with Full size bedroom set, front of house view. Wifi, light and gas included. Share bathroom with 2 others who are males.

$900 a month (based on single occupancy). Total of $1800 to move in - covers first and last month.

Proof of income, roomies background check required.

This is a Month to Month roommate agreement, 30 day notice required prior to vacate.

All roommates are permitted to have a dorm fridge and microwave in their room.

You will need to install your own AC unit (rules apply).

420 Friendly (rules apply)

Overnight guests max 2 nights a week.

Room D is located on the 2nd floor along with room B, Room C and the hallway bathroom

My roommates and I are seeking a responsible, mature adult who can follow the rules and pay their rent on time.

We are all introverted individuals and we pay our bills on time.

We are all employed outside of the home and prefer a roommate who is also. We respect one another and our environment.

Covid conscious, We never bring the party home.

Room A is occupied by a 50+ Year old white male. Employed, quiet, introverted but friendly in passing, living here 4 months.

Room B is occupied by a 40 year old white hispanic male. Employed, quiet, 420 friendly, here 4 years.

Room C is occupied by a 40 Year old black female. Employed, introverted, works both at home and outside of the home. 420 friendly, main tenant here 17 years. Shares room with super friendly dog.
