It has a full sliding glass door looking out at the bay with balcony access ( 350sqft 180 degree balcony for the condo) . Ensuite bathroom with a hallway entry for the other roommate. The building offers 24 hour doorman & valet. The building is part of a very prestigious property community, so the safety and attention to detail is really felt here. We have 2 pools (one on the 46th floor other on the 5th). We also have a gym, sauna, tennis court and movie theater.

I am 25 & work in tech here in miami. My roommate Jessica is turning 24 soon and works in psychology. We both enjoy an active Miami lifestyle. We go out together often.. and would enjoy a roommate who could mesh well with the culture we have here.
