Offering single bedroom with wood floors, built-in shelves and cabinets, and bathroom shared with one woman. Full use of common spaces including kitchen and appliances, pantry, two living rooms, wood-burning stove, garage storage space, washer and dryer, and deck.

–Common areas are furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished. Kitchen items welcome, and we may have space for smaller pieces of furniture in common areas. –Utilities, including internet, are usually about $75-100/mo each, depending on A/C and gas heating use. –2 minutes’ drive from 183, 114, 12, and 35E. 15 minutes’ drive to the center of Dallas. –No smoking, drugs, children, or pets. –Chores and cleaning/cooking items that everyone uses will be shared responsibilities and expenses. –Lease will expire on July 1, 2024 with the possibility of renewal. –Security deposit is $800. –Rental application fee is $40.

We are both professional women in our 30s. I work as an editor with a local curriculum publishing company, and my housemate works as an ESL teacher at local universities. We are both Christians, very chill, and responsible. We love a peaceful, no-drama home environment, reading books, espresso (you can use my machine!!), occasionally watching a movie or tv show, good food, and our local, very Texan landlord/handyman.
