About the room

The house is actually in a suburb of Easton. Temporary / month to month is fine.
Retro Experience close to RT 22 and Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and Phillipsburg $1,100/month for largest room includes carport parking and queen bed,.. text or call Eric (owner) 1960s suburban experience fairly close to Downtown Easton and RT 22. Clean, comfortable, safe. This is a few blocks from the prestigious β€œCollege Hill” section of Easton. Close to Delaware River Rafting, Lafayette College, RT 22, Crayola Experience, bars and Restaurants of Easton. Close to major hospitals and universities: St. Lukes and Lehigh Valley Health Systems (multiple hospitals in PA and NJ). Suburban setting considered to be VERY SAFE, and plenty of parking within yards of entrance. Private bedroom, but share house and amenities with 2 other like minded people. 1.5 bath, living room, den, outdoor screened deck, yard.

We love everyone, but in the spirit of mutual respect, smokers, pets, and additional overnight guest are not permitted without prior approval from roomies and owner. We also do background and credit check. Credit >680 and annual income > $50,000 preferred.

NOT a 5 star hotel, but property is clean and well maintained, and in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood. Parking is a breeze.

If you have a special circumstance, call or text us, we aim to please! Other rooms and other homes may be available nearby.

About the roomies

This is listed by owner. Share with other responsible women, aged twenty five - forty. NOT a party house. Bedrooms are separate from main living space, so if you work nights you should not have trouble sleeping.
