Tai's room

I have moved to the master bed room so my old room is now available for rent.

About the condo: It’s a 3b/2ba located in Milpitas, next to 680 free way. Closest landmarks would be Ocean Supermarket or Target on Morrill.

About the room: Picture of the room has been uploaded. It appears small in the picture, but the room size is about 10 feet by 9 feet. I was able to fit a tv stand, 6 feet long desk, and full size bed. Closet size is pretty decent as well. Cost to rent the room is $825 a month excluding utilities.

Parking: Each tenant is given a parking permit which is needed to park anywhere within the complex with the exception of the designated spots. Each condo has 1 designated spot. We only use the designated spot if there is no parking available. There’s typically plenty of parking, including street parking.

Laundry: No in-unit washer or drawer but don’t worry. The laundry building isn’t too far from the condo. Just down a flight of stairs and across the parking lot is the laundry building.

Expectations: -You will be sharing the bathroom with my other housemate.

• Utilities (Internet and electricity) is split among the tenants and will be ~50-75 dollars.
• be respectful and considerate to your roommates. Don’t be too loud when others are sleeping
• clean up after yourselves
• do your part in sharing the chores (e.g taking out trash, clean the bathroom, etc)
• don’t have people over too often, especially late at night.

About the roommates:

• I am 34 years old and work full time at a medical device company in Sunnyvale. I work three days in the office, and two days at home. I prefer things to be quiet in the condo. Home is where I want to rest and relax (given that chores are taken care of). I am into fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I do enjoy going out and having a nice meal or drink once in a while.
• My other housemate is just graduated college as a Sound Engineer. He will be looking for a job that fits his career, but is employed at the time. Don’t know too much about him at the moment, but he’s a chill dude.
