Looking for a roommate to collectively rent a house in Gwinnett County, Ga. I’m looking for a roommate to split rent and utilities. Currently looking at 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom houses. Prefer a neighborhood where the houses are not extremely close and no noise. I’m looking to save money to purchase a house. Looking for someone that has rented or owned a home before so you are familiar with upkeep, maintenance and utility costs. Collectively we must meet income requirement and pass background check. ( Must make a minimum of $3k a month to qualify) Must be able to split deposits and both parties must be on application Utilities could average around $400. Average split $1200 per person to rent. Rent can be lower based on house size and utilities. Currently looking on Zillow and Realtor.com for houses to rent. I have multiple listings showing other houses I’m interested in.
