I am looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Wollaston/North Quincy. The apartment is on the third floor of a three-story multifamily house. Coin op laundry is in the basement of the building.

The rent is $1025/month each. You will need first and last month’s rent. Utilities are extra (gas, heat, electric, and internet). It is a 4-month lease starting April 1st with the opportunity to resign for a year. The available room is the master bedroom which has its own entrance. Full bathroom, living room, and dining room. The living room and dining room are furnished, the bedroom is not. Shared balcony and lawn space. One cat or small dog is allowed.

16-minute walk to the red line Wollaston station. Driveway spot for one car and open street parking is included in rent.

Hello, I am Amanda and am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease. Alba is my current roommate, she likes history, reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends. She loves dogs and would be open to having one in the apartment. She doesn’t drink often but is okay with those who do. She likes a quiet environment; however, she is open to the idea of hosting small parties or having friends visit. She keeps the living space clean and expects a roommate to do the same. She is a preschool teacher and gets up early in the morning (5:30 AM or so) during the week and tries to go to bed by 10 PM. She is looking for someone who keeps similar hours.
