Welcome to Fallbrook! My home is on a private road with spread out homes. The home is set up as a small homestead with chickens that lay eggs. The property is .27 acres with a large driveway.
The master bedroom is listed for singles and couples. The listing price $1,500 is for a single person. It will be an additional $400 for a couple. Dogs are welcome with a $100 additional monthly rent fee per dog. 2 dogs maximum.
As mentioned this room is furnished. There is an adjustable frame king bed, drawers, a closet, bathroom everything to move in right away.

About the roomies
There is currently 2 roommates that are infrequently residing in the home. There are two dogs living in the same home; a golden retriever and a German shepherd mix.
