Hello guys! My fiancé and I are looking for professional/student clean friendly roommates to join us in our confortable, modern, beautiful, spacious home. Unfortunately we won’t have pets in the house nor smoking. Nice, safe neighborhood located in Burke. We are in our mid/late 20s. We both are very kind, respectful, considerate people. Also we work from home, keep to ourselves from 8:30-5:30pm M-F working. We love outdoors, working out , shows, going dancing, enjoy time with friends family etc. Features include: •shared common areas (kitchen living room, dining room, patio) with friendly respectfully housemates •location is very convenient about min drive to GMU. This home has access to shopping, dining etc around the area. Also, it’s within walking distance to bus stops, many shops! Close to Burke Lake park. •parking available. One spot in driveway and plenty of availability in street parking •washer and dryer available •if needed furnished, just let me know :) •would prefer to start with 6 months lease and then can continue month to month.
