Crystal's room

This is a 4 bedroom house. We are renting out the second largest room with shared bathroom. Big back yard fences in. Quiet street and neighborhood. Rent includes cable, internet, water, and electric. You will have access to kitchen, laundry area, and shared areas of the house.

I am a 38 year old work from home mom to a 16 year old high school graduate daughter; who lives at home home. My boyfriend is a 46 year old who works as a dishwasher at a restaurant, evening shift. My daughter 16 years old, works as a cashier and is a high school graduate. Roommate 1 is in his 60’s and disabled.
