Fully furnished bedroom, private entrance into room and private entrance into garage. Small pets welcome. 30 minutes to Asheville, 5 min drive to downtown Hendersonville. Walking distance to local breweries & Ecusta trail. 2 vegans live here and 2 non-vegans and everyone works together to take care of the shared space. There are currently 4 animals within their own spaces that live here. We can easily keep animals separated when in the common space (we’ve successfully done this for years with lots of different roommates and animals). The common space is the kitchen which is also the living room space. It’s a pretty large space. There’s a kitchen table which seats 8, bar stools at the bar, two couches and a TV. A lot of the time we only cross paths in the common space or sometimes we will all find ourselves in the space at once. Most of us bike or walk everywhere; the house is about 100 feet from a local coffee shop and within minutes from most shopping centers, grocery stores, breweries and restaurants.

Non-binary welcome as well (as this is not an option in the listing) This is a full house of unique individuals. We garden together, celebrate holidays together, go to the Biltmore Estate together and do many other activities together (when we have time). A couple of us work together but all of us have become friends. You need to be okay with LGBTQ+, if you are not, this will not work out. There is a person currently living in the room up for rent but they will be out by July 1st.
