Hi guys, I am renting out a bedroom of my house in riverside less than 10 minutes from RCC, 20 from UCR; private room, shared bath, kitchen, common area. Room will be available in July. Housemates(2 or 3) are all between 18 - 25 yo college students. All of us are super friendly and welcoming.
