About the room
The property is Canopy apartments and you would have access to all the emenities, (gym room, pool, etc). 2bedroom, 2bath, full kitchen, living room, and small outdoor deck area with storage.
There is a spare bedroom with a large window and a bathroom across the hall that would be your own. If you would prefer, the Master Bedroom has an en suite bath and two closets, with a large window (although there is a tree blocking it).
The rent is split with the Master bedroom paying $200 more. And we would split the cost of PUD and Wi-Fi.
There is a full kitchen and living room, there should be enough space for most furniture or dishware that you have.
About the roomies
I mostly keep to myself, and I have a couple friends over on occasion. I’m open to hanging out and you having people over, just no ragers, it’s not a huge apartment. I have a cat who is very friendly, other cats and small dogs welcome (there is pet rent). I sometimes cook meals you would be welcome to have. We can discuss food/groceries and communal chores (like dishes). Very 420 friendly
