Oceanside Coastal Living, Room for Rent. Ocean view, large 14’ x 14’ room with wood floors. Attached but shared bath. Onsite parking, WiFi, utilities and laundry priviledges included. Point five miles (.5) to the Beach, Pier, Ampatheater, Train Station, Bus Depot and all of Downtown. Lots and lots of local food and a large variety of different public events all within a very short walking distance.

Care Help Needed. This Room Rental offer is actually a rent trade consideration for help (in helping me), care for my mom (85). The care she needs is mostly companionship and supervision. More than anything it’s interaction and attention, and a little assistance. Depending on our fit a substantial amount of the rent could be satisfied, in exchange for the right help (80%).
