Students Welcome. You will get 1 Private room. Across will be another room with your roommate. The roommate is a Male Student at the University of Utah. All utilities included, close to the highway, shared kitchen and bathroom, parking in back, close to Walmart, Costco, and Winco, Google Fiber internet included, unfurnished room, washer, and dryer included.Message for details and for tours in person. The security deposit is $750 and rent is paid at the beginning of the month. If you come mid-month you will only have to pay the remaining month’s rent. The stay time is based on my lease so it will most likely be less than 1 year with options to renew.

I am a male 22 year old student at the University of Utah. I’m mostly quiet for the most part unless I’m playing games with friends. I don’t really mind smoking if it’s outside. I like staying inside but I don’t mind going out for something fun. I’ll usually keep to myself if you like keeping to yourself.
