Sam's room

The apartment is a 6 minute walk from central square, and about a 15 minute walk from both Harvard and MIT. It is a 3 bed 1 bathroom apartment. Kitchen has a dishwasher and is recently renovated, we have a living room with a comfy couch for guests, and we have a porch.

The available bedroom is the smallest so we’re offering rent at 200$ lower than our own. The bedroom currently has a Queen Sized bed and Tall dresser fitting inside. We have a video of how the room currently looks if interested.

We are two 25 year old friends from college. We both played a sport at Colby College and our third roomie is shipping off to med school in August. Sam (he/him) is from California and currently doing his masters at BC. Myri (she/her) is from Germany and works at a startup downtown. We like to cook all sorts of foods (lots of pasta!!), we enjoy watching and playing sports, running the Harvard stadium steps, reading, and watching HBO shows on Sunday’s.
