Brand new home in Sommers Bend, Temecula. All appliances are new. All utilities including Fiber Internet is included. Every room in the home has Ethernet ports for you to be hard wired to the internet. We live right across from the community pool and gym (free access to you). The room for rent is on the first floor with a walk in closet/bathroom all in the room. Upon moving in, we upgraded the entire flooring to porcelain along with an upgraded kitchen.

My wife and I are both in the mortgage industry and work from home. We have a 5.5 month old son and cats in the home with us. It’s important for us to be able to “vibe” with a roomie. We are willing to negotiate on pricing especially for the right roomie
