Beatrice's room

The apartment is very clean, close to everything, near Thrashers Corner. You have the Master bedroom and bathroom with walk in closet. You can use the kitchen as you wish. Nice furniture, new mattress all super clean. There is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness and basketball, I mean other amenities. I guess you need to be out on the lease if you want a parking spot. Washer/dryer in the apartment.

I used to live with my son, but he moved out. You can smoke cigarettes if you want, but NO drugs. I have bunch of tests. I love quiet and appreciate privacy. A glass of alcohol once in a while, I don’t mind, but if I smell alcohol, I have no tolerance.
