I have a recently remodeled home near midtown. You’ll have your own recently finished full bathroom and living room. Depending on the situation I may consider more than one person. The location is handy - near Target and close to the highway entrance. The neighborhood is good. One parking spot is designed for you and the yard is fenced.

I sometimes travel for work. I often work from home. I’m generally quiet. I have 3 dogs - large older German Shepherd, small adult terrier, tiny fluff. You must like dogs and tolerate mine. They won’t be in your space if you prefer not because of the way the home is laid out. You may bring your own if you’re a responsible dog owner.
