The cost of Wi-Fi is split between the roommates and electric is included with a cap. Yard maintenance is discussed upon approval. Rental insurance, background check, credit check and first, last and security deposit are required. Each room is intended for only one person, not couples or families. I'm sorry but there is no availability for dogs or cats. This is not a drug friendly environment so no drugs.
