I currently have the following vacancies available now - I have two standard furnished bedrooms at , which include the use of a shared bathroom and kitchen, living room etc. Available NOW- A large room is also available Lastly, I have a small studio available July 1 . This studio is cozy and comfortable with a private entrance, and bathroom. Studio is not available until July 1 , ( studio) Those who make the right choice, will find themselves nestled in a coveted slice of paradise with easy access to shops, beaches and all that Florida has to offer. The cost of Wi-Fi is split between the roommates and electric is included with a cap. Yard maintenance is discussed upon approval. Rental insurance, background check, credit check and first, last and security deposit are required. Each room is intended for only one person, not couples or families. I’m sorry but there is no availability for dogs or cats. This is not a drug friendly environment so no drugs.
