Apartment is located right by all the shops and restaurants on Ventura Blvd. and is across from the Farmers Market on Sundays. Really cute area close to the 101 and 134. The apartment is set up suite style so your room and bathroom is all to yourself! $1500 + utilities (varies) and $600 deposit. Rent is month to month but prefer someone who plans on staying long term.

I’m an EA at a production company in my mid/late 20s and looking for a female identifying roommate around the same age. I live a fairly active lifestyle and watch TV/wine down on weeknights and usually go out weekends, I like to do everything from finding new restaurants to outdoor stuff like snorkeling and zip lining. The ideal roommate would be someone who regularly cleans, respectful of the space, doesn’t bring the party home, and ideally works in person as I work remote. I am considering adopting a pet this summer, so if you have a pet we would need to discuss.
